Darien Schools Mentoring

NPT did some fun mentoring (14 shows!) for the Darien schools (K-12) at the end of the school year. Here are some great photos that Nia Demopolous sent me today.  I have another meeting with a superintendent of schools for another district today and will be taking some of these photos with me to show her how we customize our mentoring/education for each different school or program.

Westport Fireworks!

Wow I had not realized how long it has been since I posted! Ah summer!  Let me catch you up!

On July 7th the NPT Youth sang for the Westport Fireworks.  Over 2000 folks on the beach got to hear some of our wonderful Youth Board and college interns.  See the photos below.  They sounded great and represented us so well.

Also thanks to some of their parents for helping to hand out info and just keep everyone in line! Also to college intern Ilayda for being the MC, creating the cd of backup accompaniment and for singing so beautifully!
